Job Responsibilities

  • Welcome & Register Guests – Greet visitors and ensure a smooth check-in process before the tour begins.
  • Assist with Bike Equipment – Help guests select and adjust their bikes for a comfortable and safe ride.
  • Lead Sightseeing Tours – Guide groups through Madrid’s iconic landmarks, sharing insights and making the experience engaging and memorable.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in English (additional languages such as German, Dutch, or French are a plus).
  • Passionate about culture and history – Enthusiasm for sharing Madrid’s rich heritage with visitors.
  • A natural people-person – Our guides bring bike tours to life with energy and charisma.
  • Love for the outdoors & cycling – Enjoy spending time outside and leading active tours.
  • Permanent Madrid resident – Familiarity with the city and its hidden gems is essential.
  • Confident & well-spoken – Comfortable leading and engaging groups of various sizes.
  • Basic bicycle repair skills – Ability to handle minor bike maintenance during tours.
  • Minimum age of 21 – Mature, responsible, and ready to lead.
  • Strong presence & excellent interpersonal skills – Ability to connect with guests and make tours unforgettable.
  • Dynamic & fun-loving personality – A great experience depends on the enthusiasm of the guide.
  • Good memory & storytelling skills – Able to memorize key tour narratives and present them engagingly.
  • Adaptability & resilience – Thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle unexpected situations smoothly.
  • Comfortable working outdoors – Tours run in all kinds of weather conditions.
  • Reliable & dependable – Punctuality and professionalism are a must.
  • Physical stamina – Must be able to carry at least 15 kg.
