Trixi was so easy and cheap to rent from and the workers there were friendly. I got a bike without a reservation and they gave me good advice on which routes to take.

Great shop - super easy rental with no paperwork and helpful staff. Bikes were exactly what you need for the streets of Madrid and are inexpensive to rent.The streets of Madrid themselves would get like 3 or 4 stars for lots of one ways (sometimes against you block after block) and pretty crazy layout, but to be expected of an old city. Also the really big streets are best avoided - they're basically little highways; ride careful!Ultimately a great way to spend a summer day!

We rented electric bikes and rode around the park. 2 hours for €15 and the bikes are much much better than the ones you rent with an app. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Excellent! We loved the electric bikes. Very friendly and helpful service from Santiago. He helped us get just the right bikes, just the right fit, a great lock, bottled water, and a wonderful route to a peaceful place to ride bikes (Casa de Campos). It was the perfect afternoon! Highly recommend!

Would highly recommend. Tour guide Chris is a very knowledgeable and friendly guy. Perfect way to see the city highlights and get your bearings before exploring more afterwards. The pace of the tour was perfect, and a great mix of riding and stopping to hear about Madrid and its history.
