Fantastic customer service and very helpful route recommendations. It’s in a great location - central to many bicycle destinations.

This is our 3rd time of using Trixi bikes. The service is always fantastic and the bikes are just great. We used them for a 58km ride with no problems at all. A very enjoyable experience and would definitely recommend Trixi bikes! We will be back again next year! Thank you so much!

A lovely way to spend a midday in Madrid. The river is such a great path for families. Rental shop was superb for our crew of 6, with young kids. Would definitely come here again!

Sehr netter Kontakt. Faire Preise. Guter Service (Fahrräder wurden vor der Fahrt individuell angepasst). Hilfreiche Tipps für die Fahrt in der Stadt. Wir sind am Manzanares, im Campo de Casa und im El Retiro geradelt). Die E-Bikes waren in einem sehr guten Zustand (nichts klapperte, Gangschaltung war gut eingestellt, Bikes waren geladen und aufgepumpt). Wir haben die gebuchten 8 Stunden nicht vollständig genutzt und Trixi hat die Preise angepasst, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Amazing experience, Trixi’s have loads of different types of bikes, I rented a electric mountain bike but something was wrong with it but gave me a choice of a few others and I chose this one which was perfect. Thanks again, great customer service

Trixi Bike Rental Madrid were great. Really good electric bikes, and a fantastic guide in Remy who knows Madrid really well and made sure we had a fantastic experience. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the few hours we spent getting to know Madrid and would highly recommend Trixi Bikes and Rene!
